AIMPAK License Fees include 30 day' Support from the date product was shipped. When Yearly Updates are purchased, they must be purchased for all AIMPAKS licensed to the user.

All AIMPAK Licenses are sold "unbundled" -- installation and training are available to meet your specific requirements:

Support by telephone is provided at $100.00 per hour in 1/2-hour increments.
Consulting services are available at the rate of $120.00 per hour, portal-to-portal.

Release Fees are established when the specific Updates become available.

All About Modifications: No matter how "complete" a software designer makes a package, a user may still wish to have a special report.

AIM will quote the cost of a requested change which is to be made to your specifications. You can choose to receive continued support under the Yearly Support program which guarantees that your "Special" will always work.
Aim will supply custom built computers to suit your needs, whether its networked or stand alone.
